European Lessons: ‘Learning and Working in Europe: A Resilient European Society”
In January, European lessons for young people were held, entitled ‘Learning and Working in Europe: European Resilient Society” were held as part of the project activities.
These lessons aimed to broaden students’ knowledge of the European Union, particularly with regard to the opportunities available to young people in education, employment, and active participation in European society. During the sessions, students learned about the opportunities available to them for studying and working in EU countries, and discussed the importance of building a strong, resilient and socially aware society.
The sessions were conducted in an interactive and engaging format. Participants actively took part in discussions, debates and simulation games, encouraging them to exchange ideas, develop critical thinking skills and reflect on current social issues affecting young people and European communities.
The lessons also provided an opportunity for students to deepen their understanding of European values and citizenship. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical activities, the sessions fostered students’ awareness, confidence, and readiness to participate actively in social and civic life.
The lessons brought together learning and discussion in a friendly and engaging environment. They provided young participants with valuable knowledge to support their future education, career development and participation in society, while also contributing to the development of a more informed, active and resilient younger generation.
